Shipping Policy

Australia

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. 

All our orders are shipped with Australia post express shipping, free of charge. Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders placed in NSW, and 2-5 business days for all interstate orders.

 

International Shipping 

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, New Zealand. 

All our international orders are shipped with Australia post express shipping,  free of charge. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends). 

Please allow 7-10 business days for all USA orders, and 6-11 business days for all New Zealand orders. 

Your orders are not subject to any import duties or taxes. All international packages are insured, therefore in the rare case that your package is lost in transit, we will provide you with a full refund. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@seatcovermaster.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!
