How much will my order cost to send?

The shipping cost for your order depends on the type of shipping you choose:

1. Express Shipping: For a quick delivery within 1 to 4 business days, the cost is $12.90 AUD.
2. Standard Shipping: If your order amount is between $0.00 - $99.00 AUD, the cost will be $9.90 AUD for a 2 to 8 business days delivery. However, for orders worth $99.01 AUD and up, we offer free Standard Shipping also delivered within 2 to 8 business days.

Please take note that delivery times can vary slightly based on specific locations within Australia.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping within Australia. As we grow, we hope to expand our shipping locations in the future. Please keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter for any updates regarding this.

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

It's possible to request a change to your shipping address after your order has been dispatched. However, please note this adjustment is subject to the policies and procedures of the courier company. As soon as you realise that your shipping details need alteration, please get in touch with our customer service team. We will do our utmost to facilitate the modification with the courier service, but please be aware we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the package is in transit.
